Hybrid-Pasting Sealant(Chipku) MS Polymer
Major uses
It has a very high initial adhesion and adheres to nearly all construction materials such as aluminium, galvanised and stainless steel, zinc, copper, natural stone, concrete, bricks, cement-basedexterior panelling, solid-core panels, wood, gypsum, glass, enamel, variousplastics etc. without requiring the use of a primer.
As a universal adhesive and sealant, it is suitable for sealing connection and expansion joints. In addition, it is suited for the structural bonding of panelling andelements in facades, flooring and interiorwork.
Characteristics:
- Joints constantly exposed to water;
- Joints with a width or depth of < 5 mm;
- Joints continuously underwater in swimming pools with chlorinated water;
- Bitumen;
- Polycarbonates and polyacrylates;
- Not suited for adhesion to PE, PP, PA, Teflon and Bitumen. Sufficient ventilation is important during application and vulcanisation.
Time Available.
The part to be bonded must be applied as soon as possible, but no longer than 15 minutes (depending on temperature and relative humidity). The material canstill be corrected at this point. Afterwards, press firmly or carefully pat with arubber mallet.
Shelf life:12 months if keep sealing, and stored below 270C in cool, dry place after the date of production.
